Financing without BKR

What is a BKR registration?
BKR is the Stichting Bureau Kredietregistratie. This bureau registers, as the name suggests, all credits that people in the Netherlands take out. You will be registered with the BKR if you take out a loan for more than €250, have a debt on your credit card, are overdrawn or buy a product on instalments. Mortgages or student loans do not lead to a negative registration. For business credits you will receive a BKR registration for amounts above €1000.
